The British ballerina - Dame Beryl Grey - has died at the age of ninety-five. A commanding figure in the discipline - she made her debut with the Royal Ballet aged just fourteen. She later worked with the great Russian dancer - Rudolf Nureyev. The BBC's Tim Allman looks back at her life and career.
