Stunning footage shows Dalin Wilkinson rush to dad Matt's rescue when the vehicle slipped off its stand while he was underneath in Oakdale, California. Matt told how the air was crushed out of his lungs and he struggled to breathe while the youngster desperately tried to push it off. Dalin somehow managed to move the truck from his father, leaving him with a punctured lung, broken ribs and a separated shoulder.
