How To Reach :

Yaman Socotra :Two hundred miles off the coast of Yemen is Socotra, a remote island known as the jewel of the Arabia, where a species of otherworldly tree grows. The Socotra dragon tree is unlike anything on Earth: it's made up entirely out of resin and has no leaves or branches. It's thought to be about 3,000 years old, but it's not quite sure how old it really is because it hasn't stopped growing yet.

Lake Hiller Australia : Lake Hillier is situated in one of the most remote parts of Western Australia. At 77 miles away, Esperance is the closest town to the lake. The view from the lake is breathtaking, and it's easy to understand why people have made it their home for generations. The lake itself is 9km long and 1.5km wide; it's fed by springs that gush from the side of Mount Emu Peak at its head, and it's surrounded by ancient rainforest.

Ice Cave Iceland : Iceland is a land of ice and fire. It's a land that has shaped itself to the whims of its environment, and the ice caves are no exception.Ice caves are formed by both geothermal activity and glacial meltwater. From year to year, no ice cave is alike. Each year, the caves melt and reform to reveal new areas and covering up others. Winter is the best time to visit ice caves in Iceland. The frigid temperatures keep the ice firm and safe to wander in.

Fly Geyser : We're so excited to see you all in Gerlach. If you have any questions about the meeting location or event, please let us know!
The meeting location is the Friends of Black Rock-High Rock Visitor Center Store in Gerlach. The exact address is 320 Main Street, Gerlach NV 89412. From the meeting location you will carpool to Fly Ranch NV. If you are coming from Reno, the drive will take you around 2 hours.

Turquise Ice Lake : When you’re in the middle of nowhere, and the temperature drops to freezing, you know what happens: ice.
And when it gets really cold, ice starts to form a crust on top of the water. The crust is transparent and shiny in a turquoise color, and it looks like shards of glass rising into the sky.But this isn’t just any old ice crust—it’s made up of broken pieces of ice that have formed when wind, temperature differences, frost and sun in the ice crust cause cracks and ice hummocks to form. Transparent and shining in a turquoise color, these masses of broken ice look like shards of glass rising into the sky.
