'Head in the Clouds' Manila kicks off today | New Day

Manila is so ready for the "Head in the Clouds" music and arts festival which opens today at the SM Festival Grounds in Paranaque city.
More than 25 local and international artist from musical recording company 88-rising are performing in the two-day event.
