"Ready, set, go!" says one of the boys in his adorable, chipmunk voice. Once their dad goes upside down and stays that way, they start laughing and forget how to stop!
"We were at the playground and found a new giggle-trigger for our twin two-year-olds," Joel shared with WooGlobe.
