Korean Chewy Garlic Seasoned Potato

I cooked potatoes with a chewy and soft texture that were seasoned with mouthwatering garlic. Although the seasoning is very straightforward, it has a little garlic flavour. Excellent for a quick brunch or dinner.

Ingredients..

Potato Dough
- 400g Potatoes (4 Potatoes)
- 150g Corn Starch
- 50g Wheat Flour (Optional)
- 50ml Water (The amount of water may vary depending on how the potatoes are boiled)

Seasoning
- 10g Chopped Garlic
- 1tbsp Chilli Powder
- 1tsp Sugar
- 1tbsp Soy Sauce
- 5g Coriander
- 1tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 3tbsp Cooking Oil
