China Eases Covid Restrictions

Authorities in China eased Covid testing requirements in cities across the country over the weekend. Cities such as Shanghai and Hangzhou dropped testing requirements to enter public venues such as restaurants, office spaces, and public transportation. While restrictions are being rolled back in Zhengzhou, home of “iPhone City,” Foxconn Technology Group is maintaining closed-loop operations, restricting workers’ movements to their dormitories and the factory.
