About 100 people live in Wyanbene in NSW about 105 kilometres south-east of Canberra and there's only one way to get to properties in the area - across the Shoalhaven River. But residents say they've been stranded for weeks at a time due to constant rainfall and with a third La Nina in a row, they're concerned things won't get any better.
