The grieving parents of murdered Cairns woman Toyah Cordingly spent the night "quietly" acknowledging the arrest of a murder suspect four years after their daughter was killed. Friends say the police sting that led to the capture of Rahwinder Singh in India is a small step towards easing their pain.
