It was the wrong place at the wrong time for the wrong guy. That's what one man is saying happened to him after he was detained during a police pursuit last week in Los Angeles. Adrian Cruz says he was trying to get out of the deputies' way but ended up being their target. Now he plans to sue the county. Reporter Lauren Pozen has the details.
