Parkes businessman Dooley Thomson posted videos on Facebook calling for people to help those first impacted by the flooding at Billabong Creek on November 14, then in Eugowra where the town and its people were almost literally washed away. The response he received he said was "unbelievable" with between 40 and more than 200 people of all ages showing up to help.
