TRUMP TRIES AGAIN

Former president Donald Trump announces his 2024 run for the White House on Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2022 (Wednesday in Manila) amid the patriotic music, fiery rhetoric and adoring crowd. But in a sign his star has dimmed, there were no Top Republican officials and even members of his family stayed away from the event in a gilded ballroom at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida. The announcement was made exactly a week after a poor Republican showing in midterm elections, a performance some members of the party have blamed on questionable candidates backed by the former president.
