Speaking exclusively to ITV News, Housing Ombudsman Richard Blakeway says moves to improve housing conditions is “not going fast enough and its not going far enough”. ITV News has found that more than 800,000 houses in England have mould and damp problems. This comes after an inquest found that the toddler Awaab Ishak died of a respiratory condition as a result of mould while living in social housing.
