Donegal woman Roseena Toner, who is receiving cancer treatment at Letterkenny University Hospital, has pleaded with Irish Health Minister Stephen Donnelly to upgrade services and facilities for cancer patients in the county.
Roseena, accompanied by friends and family, staged a mini-demonstration as the minister officially opened the new public health centre in Buncrana. The Minister met with her and Roseena presented him with a petition, which has over 2000 signatures and calls for better cancer care facilities at the Donegal hospital.
