Job Searching Is On Hard Mode
  • last year
A new study found that U.S. workers are having a harder time switching jobs than they expected. More than 70 percent of those surveyed are searching for a new role, but they report that companies are not responding to their applications. Respondents reported that they wish they had started sooner and think it would have been better to change roles a year ago. More than six in 10 say they’ve searched for a new job for over six months, and nearly half report applying to more than 50 positions.
