Artist unveils Oil Fountain artwork which flows with engine fluid to highlight our reliance on the black stuff
  • last year
An artist has created an oil fountain that uses engine oil instead of water in an attempt to highlight society's reliance on fossil fuel. Luke Jerram, a visiting fellow at Bristol's University of West England, has created the piece. He is inviting scholars and experts to talk about their research on oil and the climate crisis at the installation and hopes that the piece will be shown in other galleries and museums.
