'Cong did not uproot Article 370 for fear of losing vote bank'

“These people (Congress) did not remove Article 370. They were afraid that if Article 370 is removed, what will happen to the vote bank," Shah said.
"You made Modi Ji the second time Prime Minister and he uprooted Article 370 and 35A,” said Union Home Minister Amit Shah addressing a public meeting in Una, Himachal Pradesh.
