The Shonky Awards of 2022 have been announced by consumer advocacy group choice among those topping the naughty list this year are Vetpay, Zega and Steggles. Qantas is the biggest brand to pick up a notorious award over its controversial flight credits scheme, months of lost luggage, long wait times for phone calls and cancelled flights.
