urged those eligible to get their annual flu shot
as recent data shows an early uptick in cases. .
According to data from the U.K. Health
Security Agency (UKHSA), levels of flu
are already rising in England.
The UKHSA's latest report shows that rates
are highest among five- to 14-year-olds, with
12% of this age group testing positive for flu. .
The report also shows that
hospitalization rates are highest
among those under the age of five.
