Blinken raised Vladimir Putin's aggression in Ukraine and the effects of Russia's war on global food crisis in the call with Wang Yi. Both the leaders discussed the relations between superpowers China and the U.S. The call comes days after U.S National Defense Strategy document branded China as greatest security challenge.
