My goal when selecting these quotes for narration was to choose the ones that had the biggest impact on me, in the hope that they would have a similar effect on you.

It is filled with periods of incredible adversity in which some individuals manage to thrive in spite of it. It's no wonder words of encouragement from history are not difficult to find. It never ceases to amaze me how applicable these are to the challenges we face today.

We all face hardship in life, but it's how we choose to respond to it that counts. I hope this video has at least one quote that speaks to you and your current situation.
