Footage shows the moment a man falls off his scooter while trying to kick a police car.Officers have released footage of the man crashing to the ground as he attempted to damage a cop's wing mirror in Wrexham, North Wales.On Monday the man sped past a parked police car on Churchill Drive kicking out at the wing mirror.But he loses control of the scooter and falls to the ground and slides along the ground before picking up the vehicle and riding off.North Wales Police, SWNS
