Grandsons surprised their grandma with their grandfather's traditional annual gift of roses for what would have been her 50th anniversary - after he died days earlier. Ryland Orth, 21, and Landen Orth, 19, surprised Bev, 70, with two bouquets of roses. Bev's husband's usual anniversary tradition was to buy her perfume and roses. He died around two weeks before their 50th wedding anniversary, so the brothers took it upon themselves to replicate their late grandad's actions. Ryland and Landen can be seen in a video tearing up as they hand over the roses and embrace a grateful and stunned looking Bev. Their mum, Christy Orth, 49, who took the video said: "My mum was so happy afterwards, it literally made her day. "She cried when they gave them to her and then she cried again later when they spoke about it. "I told the boys she’ll be really sad and that grandad always got her roses and they said ‘mum, we’re getting her roses’. "And they went and got the roses themselves." Christy - from Carlisle, Ohio, US, decided to capture the special moment, from 2018, when the boys were 17 and 16. It racked up over three million views on TikTok since it was posted in August. She said: "A TikTok trend came up and said post a memory along to this sound. "I woke up the next morning after posting it and I was like ‘oh my god!’ "I never thought it would get three million views."
