Potato and tomato production is estimated to have declined during the crop year that ended July 2022, reported PTI. The data of the agriculture ministry revealed that potato and tomato production has declined by 4-5 per cent. Meanwhile, production of onion went higher at 31.27 million tonnes during the 2021-22 crop year as against 26.64 million tonnes in the previous year. Watch the video to know more.
