Reggie Jackson became a baseball Hall of Famer who hit 563 home runs in his MLB career. He won five World Series (three with the Oakland Athletics and two with the New York Yankees). His number has been retired by both teams (9 for the A's and 44 for the Yankees). He was World Series MVP twice (1973 and 1977). But before all that, Jackson, a native of Pennsylvania, went to Arizona State on a football scholarship and played for legendary coach Frank Kush.
