Kayaker dives into river and springs right back out to do a JAW-DROPPING aerial flip

The upcoming generations of kayakers will be reeking of athleticism since they'll have access to coaches and mentors such as Lowri Davies, the star of this video.
In this clip, Lowri is seen doing a nose dive while kayaking, which makes her go off a ledge and into the water, only for her to spring right back out and perform a visually-appealing flip.
"GB Freestyle Team kayaker, Lowri Davies, does an impressive flip (aka 'loop' in kayaker lingo) after sliding into the river off a 5 ft rock ledge," Lowri explained to WooGlobe. "This stunt was performed while coaching the next generation of young freestyle kayakers on the River Dee in Llangollen, UK."
