The person playing this ancient game never knows how to leave it and one day it comes that some humanoids and other supernatural forces emerge from it which have been called 'Cenobites'. Many people lose their lives because of this box and many people disappear. Everyone is thinking of it as a one time pass puzzle, but in reality it is a way to summon creatures like Ceno-bites. In this way, a young girl whose brother had also disappeared from this reason, she makes every effort to find him. Of course, it is not so easy for a common person to do all this because that puzzle box takes its user in its positions and also has a blade hidden inside it. This box also gives some gifts for winning the competition challenge and the reward is from Leviathan, an entity living in hell.

All these groups of supernatural entities are not related to our world but they come from some other dimension. But despite this, there are only a few human beings who are the last hope to save humanity. Now, the biggest threat to these participants and survivors is the 'Pinhead', who is the leader of the humanoids entity. There are many pins on its face. Now It is the time of Hell-Raiser.
