Jeff Bezos and Other Billionaires , Issue Recession Warnings.
CNN reports that Bezos took to
Twitter on Oct. 18 to post his warning.
Elon Musk touched on the possibility of a recession as well during a call with analysts on Oct. 19.
While he claimed that Tesla has "excellent" demand for next quarter and operations are running at top speed.
Musk warned that the company
wouldn't hit its sales growth target.
He also said that Europe and China are
going through a "recession of sorts.".
Tesla shares fell 7% in early trading on Oct. 20.
Other than Bezos and Musk, JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon also said a recession could affect America in six to nine months. .
Celebrities have even chimed in to give
their opinions about the economy.
