Ismail Sabri Yaakob has pledged to approve all the request made by hawkers and petty traders should he made prime minister after the 15th General Election (GE15).
Addressing thousands of hawkers and petty traders at Dataran Merdeka today, he said this is partly because the they are dear to him.
He said he was also once a hawker that sold lemons and fish while he was in primary school.
In return, he urged the hawkers and petty traders to help him when it is his turn to ask for their assistance.
