A class action lawsuit is underway over the ill-fated voyage of the Ruby Princess cruise ship at the beginning of the pandemic. Hundreds of people contracted COVID-19 after the vessel was returned to Sydney due to an outbreak of illness on board. Now, the operators have been accused of negligence.
