Victoria's anti-corruption watchdog IBAC has come in for heavy criticism for the way it handled a complaint from a woman who was being abused by her police officer husband. An investigation into IBAC's handling of the complaint found the watchdog is too slow to act, and its response to victims lacks transparency, and compounds their trauma.
