Labour MP: I fear mental health impact of benefits cut

Rosena Allin-Khan says she has a "real fear" about the impact cutting universal credit in real-terms would have on people's mental health. The Labour MP says when she goes to the local food banks in Tooting, people are there because of the "broken benefits system". The government is currently facing a decision on whether to raise benefits in line with inflation or earnings.
