This individual observed something moving on a barb wire while driving their girlfriend to work. When they got closer, they saw that an owl was trapped in the fence and struggling mightily to get out. This person assisted in freeing the bird from the wire with the help of their girlfriend. They then noticed that one of the wings was badly bruised. After that, the individual brought the bird to a nearby wildlife rescue facility where it was given medical attention.
