Labour: Energy crisis is a failure of government policy

Labour party chair Anneliese Dodds says the energy crisis "represents a failure of government policy" and accuses the government of not doing enough to prevent people living in "drafty, cold homes". This comes as the National Grid warns of potential blackouts this winter in a bid to conserve energy supply.
