Gang carrying weapons steal moped from Leeds carpark in broad daylight

Shocking footage is captured of a group of three men stealing a moped from the carpark of a block of offices on Sussex Avenue in Stourton. A member of staff that tries to intervene is threatened with weapons before the gang take off with the vehicle.
