'Newsweek' reports that a major climate change advocacy organization says the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
has failed to meet President Joe Biden's climate goals.

The Biden administration's performance
has come under increased scrutiny as
the midpoint of his presidential term draws near.
Some environmental organizations have
critiqued the EPA's execution of federal
goals intended to address climate change.
According to Evergreen Action, the EPA
only received a passing grade on two
out of ten of the agency's key goals.
The Evergreen Action analysis shows that two of the goals
are progressing on track, while another two have seen
no action at all, and another six have been delayed.
According to Jamal Raad, Evergreen Action's
co-founder and executive director, the EPA
has even missed self-imposed deadlines.
They are falling behind in their own metrics.
If they don't start implementing these rules
by end of [Biden's term], they are subject
