Briefing on Ankita Murder case, Uttarakhand ADG V Murugesan on October 04 said that the further action would be taken after analysing the forensic report and electronic digital evidence. “Guests present at the time of the incident have been interrogated. Motive of the incident is becoming clear from the post-mortem report & the statements of people taken at the resort,” said Uttarakhand ADG. “Her (Ankita Bhandari) friend helped her get the job through OLX. He has also been questioned & is under investigation...Electronic digital evidence is being analyzed and forensic report is awaited. As soon as the forensic report comes, we'll take further action,” he added.
