Relatives of Chris Kaba, who was shot dead by police in Streatham Hill, south London on 5 September, share a tearful embrace outside a coroner's court as the family called for an urgent decision on criminal charges in the case. Speaking after a brief hearing, Mr Kaba's cousin Jefferson Bosela says, "we need answers, the whole of the country needs to know how something like this could occur".
