This little girl displayed some incredible speed punches and combos while doing boxing mitt work with her dad. When her dad showed her the mitts, she explosively twisted her body and landed instant, powerful shots at the target. To practice her defense moves, she ducked and slipped sideways each time her dad struck her with a jab.
