A video shared by Naples Fire-Rescue shows rescuers breaking the window of a submerged vehicle to save the occupant trapped inside on Wednesday. Rescuers can be seen wading through waist-high floodwaters to reach the trapped motorist and bring them a life preserver. Using a rope line, they bring the motorist to safety.
