Crypto exchange FTX won the bidding war to buy crypto lender Voyager Digital’s ($VYGVQ@US) assets out of bankruptcy. FTX won its bid against Wave Financial, a digital asset investment firm. Voyager filed for bankruptcy in July after it had been under scrutiny for its marketing materials claimed deposits were protected by Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) insurance. FTX US's bid is valued at approximately $1.4 billion, according to a Voyager press release late Monday Eastern time.
