DSWD Secretry Erwin Tulfo leads the ceremonial signing of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 11861 or the Expanded Solo Parents Welfare Act at the Diamond Hotel in Manila on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2022 . The measure, according to the Official Gazette, provides solo parents a 'comprehensive package of social protection services such as monthly cash subsidies and discounts on certain products".
