Most guys are worse off after starting nofap. Why? Setting a nofap streak is entirely negative to your self improvement. What happens when you reset a 1 year nofap streak? Nothing. You could have a 1 year nofap streak, reset it and feel the same straight afterwards. But you wont, because you get your feelings of accomplishment from a dumb streak instead of progress.
