The Nosferatu are known for lurking deep underground, keeping their twisted forms and tainted auras out of sight of the herds of humanity who would recognize them for what they are. Despite their reputation for living in sewers and burrows, though, the Crawlers have a sophisticated network allowing them to trade information, favors, and resources in the digital world. SchreckNet, they call it, and it is a marvel of the modern night.
