Ben Hodges, former commander of US forces in Europe, tells DW News there's "irreversible momentum" for Ukraine in the war with Russia. "In my view, the defeat of Russia, Ukrainian victory, which means total restoration of all of its sovereign territory, including Crimea, is inevitable."
