Flavors of Morocco is the only online platform for learning authentic Moroccan cooking. The school offers a rich list of video courses in English (plus French and Arabic coming soon!) at all cooking levels, with clear instructions that anyone can replicate at home.
The classes are taught by master chefs ("Dadas") in Moroccan cuisine, who will share with you all the secrets they have learned from their mothers and grandmothers to make authentic Moroccan meals. They speak only Moroccan dialect and are known only locally. They may not compare to western chefs in technique and finesse, but they are brilliant cooks. The Dadas are a bit shy in front of cameras, but they are fierce hard workers!
