Efforts made by Ayesha Noman for the establishment of Dia Welfare.
Ayesha Noman is an example for all those people who get frustrated by considering their disability as a compulsion.
Ayesha set up a welfare organization called Dia Welfare for special people like her. There are more than 3,000 persons with disabilities registered in this welfare organization. They are taught various skills for living a dignified and self-reliant life in this society as well as being assisted in business.
