The subjects, two at a time, decide who gets to slap the other with the pancake in their hand based on a game of Rock, Paper, and Scissors. As the rules of the challenge state, the participants must hold water in their mouths all the way through to the end.
The fact that everyone struggles BIG TIME with containing their laughter in order to not spill the water on their opponent (even failing a couple of times), makes this video all the more hilarious.
