Wait times blowing out for elective procedures in Queensland

Thousands of Queenslanders are waiting longer than the clinically recommended time for elective surgeries and there's no end in sight. On the sunshine coast, it's become so bad doctors say patients are dipping into their superannuation to pay for private care.
