This time we are going explore Kerala, we will discover the hidden facts of Kerala and bring those up in front of you, so that you can also find out the reasons to love Kerala.
In this video we depicted our visit to Kodungallur to savour unique and authentic Kerala food items who are maintaining their authentic ingredients and procedure of cooking to provide their customers an ultimate indulgence.
In this video we showed our visit to an eatery who sell traditional Kerala style Pazankanji (fermented rice) with various non-veg delicacies of Kerala.
The shop name is Theeradhesha pazhakanji kada.
We enjoyed their food very much. With the Pazanjanji, some complementary fish preparations will be provided and also little bit of chikpeas curry (dry) will be provided.
Along with the default pazakanji pallter, we ordred Buffalo meat pally curry and Meen (fish) pollichathu. Both tasted outstanding.
